Trivergance Business Resources is overseen by Marc Byron and Jerry Stone, two of the Trivergance partners with deep operational experience.
KEY TEAM MEMBERS:
Todd Wiggins – President
The TBR business unit is run by Todd Wiggins, who has worked with Mr. Bryon & Mr. Stone for well over a decade, and has a deep understanding of cost-managed customer acquisition as well as a significant technology background. Todd graduated SMSU with a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Information Systems, and started his career in the technology space working for an IBM Business Partner who served clients across the Midwest. Todd successfully integrated emerging technologies such as Novell and Windows NT server systems with existing IBM infrastructures. He then moved on to start his own company that specialized in technology solutions for a host of companies including network and telephony solutions, custom software solutions, and overall technology implementation.
In 1996 he started an Internet development company, ahead of the curve, Funsites, inc., and built over 100 online applications and websites for retail companies during their first 18 months of operations. It was at that time that his company was purchased by Paradigm Direct, a company that Byron and Stone were at, and Todd started to work alongside them, learning the ropes of intense, highly structured and measured marketing procedures steeped in technology.
Shortly after joining the Paradigm team Todd then began to take on a more diverse role of managing cost-managed customer acquisition programs in addition to driving the technology for those programs. His projects included work for AT&T Wireless and E*TRADE as well as a series of specialized Internet projects.
He and Mr. Stone then took a “SWAT” marketing team to the UK for 18 months where Todd served as a Senior Vice President to Mosaic UK. While there the team worked on a series of marketing and technology projects from companies such as Sainsbury’s, O2, and Orange.
Lani Bass – VP of Program Management
Lani Bass has 14 years of direct marketing experience at both agency and service bureau settings.
Prior to joining Trivergance Business Resources, Lani was a Senior Director at Tranzact responsible for training all new marketing employees and managing customer acquisition programs such The Official NASCAR Members Club and DIRECTV. Lani also worked for Tranzact’s predecessors, Paradigm Direct and Mosaic UK, managing programs for BT Cellnet (O2) and Sainsbury’s in the UK and AT&T Long Distance, AT&T Wireless and Protection One in the US. Lani has experience managing a broad range of direct marketing channels including Outbound telemarketing, Direct mail, DRTV, Radio and Internet.
Prior to Lani’s tenure at Tranzact, she worked at a mid-sized telemarketing service agency, National Market Share, managing and training both business-to-consumer and business-to-business programs for ADP and AT&T Long Distance.
Lani is originally from St. Louis, Missouri and is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and holds a law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
Ben Noll – VP of Technology
Mr. Noll has been creating and managing technical solutions for nearly 15 years. He has spent most of that time leading technology teams in the marketing services industry.
Prior to joining Trivergance, Mr. Noll worked alongside Marc Byron and Jerry Stone at Paradigm Direct, Mosaic Group, and Tranzact. At Paradigm Direct, Mr. Noll was the technical lead for several online direct marketing projects, including major promotions for cell phone carriers and online stock market providers. While with Mosaic Group, Mr. Noll helped lead the development team for the United Kingdom division. This team was responsible for providing the technical backbone for multiple major marketing initiatives, including projects for one of the largest supermarket chains in the United Kingdom. At Tranzact, Mr. Noll was responsible for implementing order management subsystems for a major satellite television provider.
Past projects for Mr. Noll also include launching one of the first ever online car dealerships, developing a box office ticketing system for theaters in Branson, Missouri, and working on one of the premier Customer Relationship Management tools for the automotive industry.
A graduate of Pensacola Christian College, Mr. Noll holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Business.
